Gresham Criterium

Finished 13th out of 17 in the Cat 4 race, and 14th out of 20 in the Master 4/5 race.  The average speeds were pretty high for a six turn course at 25 mph and 24 mph respectively.  Finally got warmed up halfway thru the second race and was at the front with 2 other racers next to me until one racer decided to cut in front of me 1/4 thru the last lap and then slowed down when he realized he was spent.  I was trapped and watched almost everybody fly by.  He apologized for his knuckleheadness, but that did little to help me in my effort to catch back up to those who had passed.  Oh well - some good luck has got to be on my way!
